Important Notice for U.S. Customers
Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations (de minimis), import duties apply to orders valued over $100, even if they were previously exempt.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays) after your purchase is confirmed.
Please note that additional processing time may be required if:

The product needs to be back-ordered. We strive to keep our inventory up to date, but in rare cases, multiple customers may purchase the last item simultaneously. In such situations, the product would need to be handcrafted by our artisans, which may take additional time.
Once shipped, delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs processing, local postal services, holidays, or unexpected events like strikes or unrest.
We appreciate your understanding if delays occur due to these circumstances.
2. Shipping Costs
2.1 International Shipping
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery country or region.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately and in full at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled shipping address information provided by the customer.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges:

If a package is held by customs or returned to us due to refused import duties or an incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled shipping address, all associated costs — including return shipping and handling fees — will be borne by the purchaser.

2.2 Domestic Shipping (Japan)
If you reside in Japan, we recommend purchasing from our Japanese Online Shop to reduce shipping costs and avoid international taxes and duties.
3. Returns, changes, and cancellations.
3.1 Returns and Exchanges
If you reside in the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. In this case, the item must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us via the Contact Form within 14 days.
Once the returned item has arrived at our facility and its condition has been confirmed, we will issue a refund via your original payment method within 7 business days.
For customers outside the EU:
We’re sorry, but we do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal reasons for orders placed from outside the EU.
All products are carefully inspected and packed before shipping. If you receive a faulty item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us via the Contact Form within 7 days of receiving your order.
- After we review the situation, we will offer a refund or exchange as appropriate.
- If the item was damaged, we kindly ask you to provide photos showing the condition of the item and its packaging.
- If the damage appears to have occurred during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit.
3.2 Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the shipping process has not yet begun.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact Form.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot accept cancellation. In this case, EU customers may proceed with a return in accordance with the return policy outlined in section 3.1.
4. Order tracking details
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
